Our Smokery shop is like food heaven – the complete Springs range available just yards from where we smoke. Salmon traditionally smoked to perfection over logs of Sussex oak with no artificial colouring, additives or preservatives. Together with salmon, we offer gently smoked trout, haddock, cods roe, mackerel, kippers & Gravadlax. Also available a wide range of fish, chicken & duck pates. Simply turn off the A2037 between Upper Beeding & Small Dole, and drive through beautiful scenery for one mile to picturesque Edburton.
