Olives and Things

Having noticed that most pre-marinated olives seemed to taste the same, 16 years ago we set about producing a freshly marinated olive, using our own grown herbs and chillies.   Using mainly pitted olives, the flavours penetrate the oil.

Many customers hail them as the best tasting ever(mail orders go to the USA and Australia). However the Farmers’ Markets of Shoreham, Chichester, Midhurst, Petworth and Steyning as well as Singleton events, is where we excel.  We also sell pickled chillies, pickled garlic, sundried tomatoes, stuffed vine leaves, butter beans in tomato sauce, mini gherkins, anchovy olives, Kalamata olives, roasted red peppers and dried Greek styled olives.
