Mr. & Mrs. Fiedli opened the Model Bakery in 1972 and today their 2 sons, Peter & Philip still run the business, baking all its produce on the premises.  Sandwiches & rolls freshly filled before your eyes, plus delicious homemade pies & sausage rolls. Speciality breads, cakes, pastries and biscuits – everything you expect and more in a first class bakery.
