An extra special Festival event for the Farmers Market – Taste the Market BBQ Cooking.: Sophie will take seasonal products from the stallholders and “cook them up” over a BBQ with some tasters handed out from the results😀 You might even pick up some tips on how to produce a better offering from your home BBQ ! Sophie works for the Brighton & Hove Food Partnership and in her spare time loves to “pop up” and cook over fire at events. She also runs seasonal Sussex Supper Clubs.
